I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and had a small kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The service was exceptional, and the staff even accommodated our special first-floor request. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops within walking distance. However, the noise level in the area was a bit high. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of yummy treats. Overall, a great value for the money.

The king bed was incredibly comfortable, but I found the bathroom to be on the simpler side. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even accommodating our first-floor request without hesitation. The location was ideal, right in the heart of downtown Newport, making it super convenient to walk to all the nearby shops. I must admit, the noise level outside could get a bit high at times, especially with a pub right across the street. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wonderful assortment of delicious foods, and the complimentary regional bread was a nice touch. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time by the pool. However, considering the high quality of everything else, the pricing felt a little on the steep side, but it was definitely worth it for the experience.
